Shipping
All products are shipped the following business day after order is placed, unless the item is on backorder or sold out.  Standard USPS shipping; please allow 4 – 7 business days for delivery anywhere in USA.  If you wish to have your order rushed to you, please call us TOLL FREE at 866-833-8456 to request your preferred method of shipping, which we will calculate for you.  If your product selection is on back order you are welcome to request a refund or to wait for the next shipment monthly shipment to arrive.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Powers International Inc. guarantees every product that we sell. We are proud of the quality of our products and would like to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied, within 30 days of your purchase, you may return the product for a refund of your purchase price, or exchange the product for another item or items equal to the value of the product you wish to exchange.  Due to the nature of the products offered at Powers International Inc, we accept returns for refunds within 30 days of purchase. The purchased products must be in their original, unopened package and there will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. A refund check will be issued once the item(s) have been returned.

If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact Powers International Inc.  If the product* is defective, it will either be repaired or replaced by Powers International Inc.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  This includes the amount of shipping charges on any "free shipping" purchases.  If you return an item you purchased with free shipping, the amount of shipping will be deducted from the refund as well as the 15% restocking fee. The ONLY exception to avoid the 15% restocking fee is if you opt for an exchange, which we are happy to do. Products must be returned UNUSED and there will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.  A refund check will be issued once the item(s) have been returned. We will not refund or replace a unit outside 30 days from purchase.
*We will NOT issue refunds on opened or used products unless it is in regards to manufacturing defects.  

Warranty Information for Bionic Eyewearâ„¢
Should you experience a problem with Bionic Eyewear™; you may contact Powers International Inc. directly for help at 702-251-0319. If the unit is defective, it will either be repaired or replaced by Powers International Inc.  Bionic Eyewear™ come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty where we will repair or replace any defective or broken parts or components.


Warranty: We provide limited and extended warranty for all electronic products purchased from us.  The warranty may vary for different products from 3 months up to 1 year from the original invoice date depending on the product purchased. For warranty work or repair please allow 2 – 3 weeks turnaround time due to shipping and your particular geographic location.

Instructions for return: All products purchased from bionic-usa.com are covered by this "Return and Exchange Policy". The items to be returned for refund and or exchange must be returned to Powers International Inc. within 30 days from the original invoice date.  All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.


FIRST: Call us Toll Free at 866-833-8456 for your RMA "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" for a refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All exchange and refund items must be returned in their entirety, and in their original packing undamaged, or the amount of refund for missing/damaged items will be deducted for any missing parts and accessories from the refund.


SECOND: Send all return/repair/exchange items must have a RMA number and ship to following address:

When we receive your return with the proper RMA number, we will promptly give you a refund of the price you paid for the product being returned, excluding shipping costs.


FINE PRINT: Please understand that if your original order qualified for "free shipping", there was still a shipping cost for us to deliver your order to you. In that case, your credit will be reduced by the original outgoing shipping costs we incurred.  A credit or refund will be issued within 15 days of our receipt of the returned product and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.
You are responsible for paying the shipping cost of your return to Powers International Inc., unless the product is being returned because of an error made by Powers International Inc., in which case, Powers International Inc. will pay for the return shipping.  If you are responsible for paying the shipping charges, the charges must be prepaid.  
We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.  We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.
